Michelle Robert is an award-winning educator and former MOE School Staff Developer with over 20 years of experience helping students and teachers grow with clarity, confidence, and heart. Known for her warmth and exceptional ability to bring out the best in every learner, she blends academic excellence with creativity, leadership skills, and emotional intelligence.
Holding a Master’s degree in Change Leadership and Creative Studies from SUNY Buffalo, Michelle has guided entire school teams, mentored educators, and supported hundreds of students in developing strong communication skills, resilience, and self-belief.
Through MRSS, she offers enrichment programmes, PSLE oral mastery, creativity workshops, and teacher-training experiences designed to empower skills and inspire growth. Her mission is simple: to help every learner feel seen, supported, and capable of thriving.
