How much are onsite lessons?

Onsite classes cost $70 per hour, regardless of the level and subject. Fees for Clementi will be different from AMK and Farrer. Please check with Michelle if enrolling at Clementi.

How much are online lessons

Online classes cost $80 per hour for group classes and $120 per hour for individual lessons, regardless of the level and subject.

Is there a materials fee?

Yes, there is a materials fee of $45 at the beginning of each year, to cover the costs of materials for the year ahead. This fee is strictly non-refundable.

How is payment made?

Payment can be made via PayNow to Michelle’s mobile number - 9225 8774.
All payments are due at the start of each month within the first 7 days of the month.

What are the late fees?

A flat $30 late fee applies for payments made after 7 days from the due date.

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

Refunds will only be provided for classes cancelled by Michelle Robert Skills Studio where a replacement class cannot be arranged. In such cases, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Do I have to pay a deposit to secure a spot for the following year?

Yes. A refundable deposit of $100 is payable per student upon enrollment to reserve a seat for the following month. The deposit will be forfeited if the written notice of withdrawal is received less than 30 days before the preceding month ends. This deposit can be used to offset the cost of the fees for the month.
